On-Call SMS Notification Consent

Haley’s Metal Shop / Total Comfort Services uses automated SMS alerts to notify the HVAC technician assigned to the on-call schedule when an emergency voicemail is received outside of normal business hours.

Employees participating in the on-call rotation consent to receive these operational SMS alerts so emergency service calls can be returned promptly.

Message frequency varies depending on emergency call volume. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
